My Travel Highlight
One of my most cherished travel memories is when my family and I volunteered at a refugee camp in Greece. We spent a week helping to organize donations, teaching English, and playing with the children. The experience was incredibly humbling and gave us a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by refugees. It reinforced the importance of empathy and human connection, and we all came away feeling like we had made a small but meaningful difference in the lives of others.

The Nonantum Resort in Kennebunkport, Maine. The kid activities and prices are nostalgic! My kids loved the bracelet making, crabbing and kayaking offered at complimentary kids' camp. The young, hands-on counselors made it extra special compared to other resorts.

My Food Destination
I would have to say Rome, Italy. The pasta is excellent, and the richness of flavors found in every dish is something to marvel at. Every meal was a celebration of fresh, local ingredients and traditional recipes.
