    I think this experience is missing the mark. It’s not as advertised as a light show. It’s just a night tour of the city. The vibe was very off for what it should be. The hosts were friendly but hard to hear and not fun. The energy level was very low.

    This was a wonderful time! The crew was really great and we enjoyed the evening.. I hope they continue to make everyone feel in the holiday spirit we loved it!!

    It was a really fun experience! Our guide and driver were awesome, sharing lots of cool information about San Francisco. I love that we got to stop for cool photo opportunities. The lights were beautiful

    We stopped at the fairmont hotel and it was amazing! John shared some wonderful Christmas sites! We really enjoyed the event!

    We were the last group of the night. They took us to the gingerbread house which was an added perk. Great family night out
