    Fantastic experience. It all began with a warm chat with Maria the owner and her fantastic staff. They were very helpful and open to helping us choose the tour that was best for us. We found the equipment, directions and conversation to be perfect for our needs. Highly recommend.

    Husband and I rented bikes for a four-hour exploration and canal ride. Bikes and safety equipment were great, and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more professional. 100% recommend!

    Maria and her staff were fantastic to work with! Flexible options (bikes, time frame). They listened to our needs (one experienced-mountain bike and one novice rider-e-bike) and explained everything with ease. 2hrs turned into 4hrs because it was so fun. We highly recommend this experience if you want to have a fun day touring Ottawa outdoors.

    We did a 4 hour comfort city bike rental. Great service on pick up and drop off - even getting there 30 min late from reservation - time was extended at the end. They made sure we had everything we needed from bike locks (very easy to use) to a pannier. The bikes were super comfortable and easy to ride/change gears. It’s a great way to explore the city!

    We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting from Escape Tour Rentals. Everything from start to finish worked out very well. The location was very convenient, close to a café, where we took in some morning caffeine, and right in the heart of Ottawa in general. The proximity to the biking trail that we rode on was extremely convenient as well. The trails were well marked, smooth, and spacious. Even though this was on a Sunday, we never felt like the trail was crowded. We chose to follow the water along the canal and then to come back on the Rideau River. It was also our first time on an E-bike. They are smooth, very supportive, and easy to operate. Outside of the equipment, the employees who assisted us were first class and explained everything prior to departure. They also made recommendations based on the path we were going to take. I 100% recommend renting through Escape; we are already planning two more visits over the next few months!
