    The trip was wonderful and enjoyable. The tour guide " Pan" was very respectful and helpful. Loved this trip! Glad i booked this trip with u!

    Definitely a great experience. The transportation was in a mini van but it was a swift & easy ride. Our tour driver was Paco & he was informative/kind. They did provide a snack & waters :) When it was lunch time he dropped us off at a beautiful prime location seaside, with many mouthwatering options. In all, the mansions are astonishing. But note… you will have to download the Newport Mansions App to hear the self guided tour. So be prepared with earbuds/airpods or whatever you use for your device. Great all around, I would deff book again.

    Amy was friendly, accommodating and a pleasant individual. I was a bit surprised that we still went on the tour since it only consisted of my wife and I. Vanderbilts were remarkable people.

    We love this tour. Our guide on the trolley was knowledgeable about local eateries where to park where to walk and where to shop. He was nonstop, energy and entertainment. He gave us plenty of time to see Ford Adams, and the breakers itself. It was a very good value for our money.

    We had a driver. Not a tour guide. He basically told us to download the apps and cut us short on trips. We were given 1 .15 hours for lunch and only 1 hour for the Marbles. We didn’t have time to see or appreciate the entire Marbles experience. The trip was supposed to be 10 hours, which makes sense, but we were back at our hotel by 4:30. It was 8.5 hours and I was disappointed. When we got back to Boston, He tried to drop us off a 3/4 mile short of the hotel, when he dropped off another couple, but I told him it was not acceptable so he drove us all the way. He literally pointed to the Cliffs walk and was unclear and it cost us time trying to figure it out. Also, downloading the apps so we could use the audio correctly was not innate for us so the docents helped, and that set us back, too. The guide was unclear about pick up and drop off at the Breakers and Marbles as to exactly where he would pick us up. He said, “in the parking lot”. Well we walked around the entire lot and then texted him. He is not the guy for this job. But he would have been fine as a driver only!!! I still tipped the guy 20%. There were 3 couples in our group. No one was happy. One couple tipped nothing. One couple tipped 15%, begrudgingly and I tipped 20% because I’m nice. The trip was not worth $298 per couple for a driver and tickets to the Breakers and Marbles. Find a better company.

    Marble House Marble House a Gilded Age mansion located at 596 Bellevue Avenue in Newport, Rhode Island, was built from 1888 to 1892 as a summer cottage for Alva and William Kissam Vanderbilt and was designed by Richard Morris Hunt in the Beaux Arts style. It was unparalleled in opulence for an American house when it was completed in 1892. Its temple-front portico resembles that of the White House. Load-bearing walls are brick, with their exterior sides faced in white Westchester marble, which Hunt detailed in the manner of French neoclassical architecture of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971 and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2006. It is now open to the public as a museum run by the Newport Preservation Society.
