Large bags and luggage that don't fit in the machine will not be permitted, storage on site is not available. No alcohol or weapons legal or illegal are allowed. A small delay of even 5 minutes could set the tour back 20 to 30 minutes. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point AT LEAST 15 to 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Once the guide departs we cannot guarantee late arrivals will be able to join the tour. This also applies to the meet-up for the ferry from Liberty Island to Ellis Island..
