    Of course it depends on what time of year you visit, but with summer sunset at 22:20, this was a late tour but worth it. The sunset itself was okay, but Kemeri park and bog walk were great! The boardwalk is well-maintained and sturdy. Not quite wide enough for two people to walk side-by-side, but not so narrow that you feel unsafe. Because of the distance from Riga, not many people take this tour, but that just makes it so incredibly peaceful and serene.

    I went on two trips with Latvian Gem and I had a great time on both of them. You're really going to see stunning places, even those known by locals but not tourists. Both guides were super knowledgeable, ready to answer any of our questions and they were also funny, making jokes on our way~ Unfortunately on the other trip to Lithuania it was raining and I got soaking wet, water literally dripping from my clothes. There was no city on our way to the next destination, yet the guide was so kind that after he dropped the others at the next stop (it was a majestic castle btw), he then drove further and took me to a town where i could buy some dry clothes. When we got back i still had like 1,5h to explore the castle as well. Also I learnt a lot of interesting facts about Latvia and Lithuania thanks both guides. The price is absolutely reasonable for what all you're going to see and experience. When I come back to Riga, I'm definitely going on a next adventure with Latvian Gem. It was SUPERB! 100% recommend 🥰

    I had the most incredible time with Krista. She was so lovely and fun to be around and provided so much information on the tour, including about Riga. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide. She was also super helpful and made sure everyone had a great time - and took fabulous photos! The tour itself was excellent, and definitely the highlight of my week long trip. The bog is beautiful and even more stunning at sunset. I couldn’t suggest it anymore. It was an amazing experience. The beach is also gorgeous and I thought it was great of Krista to ask whether I’d be taking a dip so she could calculate the timing for the sunset at Kemeri.
