    Everything was great.. and this was my 4th time, now with nine (8) family members! However when I asked for drinks, from all the extensive menu of options, only coke, lemonade, wine and beer were available, even offering to pay separately. Tough luck! ok... we got the wine and continued our partying... guess what? 30 minutes or so later, we saw nice glasses of piña colada, mojito and coconut drinks moving around. What happened? why we not get what we wanted even with money and others managed to get their favourite drink? That gave me a bitter taste and since we are talking about experiences and attention to details. I believe it is worth sharing

    We messaged the tour that we were walking to the gate. The gate was locked with a chain when we arrived. We were running and some locals were trying to help us get on the boat. Some staff on the boat tried to help us and then the boat left without us while people were laughing at us. Viator was of NO help and says that if you have used credits or promos you do not get refunds. I’m so disgusted with how we were treated by the company and by Viator customer service.

    The boat was clean and crew members were great. It was overcast and rained for about 10 minutes but we danced in the rain. Sunset was limited but still a great experience and I would do again.

    The cruise was scheduled to embarked at 5pm. 2hrs before the cruise, it started to thunderstorm. We contacted the cruise line if there was a cancellation. They waited till 5:50pm to let us know that the cruise was still embarking at 5pm on the thunderstorm. My family did not feel comfortable, for safety reasons to be on a catamaran in a thunderstorm. We asked for a refund or if they could schedule us for another day. I have yet to get a respond. It feels like this whole thing was a big scam!!
