If you are in the Old City (Ciudad Amurallada), exit through the Clock Tower (Torre del Reloj) and head towards Plaza de los Coches. From there, proceed to Avenida del Arsenal, which will lead you towards the waterfront. Continue walking along the Avenida del Arsenal until you reach the intersection with Avenida Blas de Lezo. Here, turn right. Muelle de la Bodeguita will be ahead on your left after a short walk.

From the Old City, head to the nearest bus stop on Avenida San Martin. Take a local bus that is heading towards the Centro area. Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Avenida Blas de Lezo. Once you get off, walk towards Avenida Blas de Lezo and follow it until you find Muelle de la Bodeguita on your left.
