Connaught Place

We start the tour here, and Rahul will talk about the history of Connaught Place. Beautiful sights to see and lots of picture opportunities. There is then a 5-10 min walk and then proceeding on the Tuk Tuk

Khari Baoli

Here we walk through the spice market as well as the beautiful rooftop that is very famous. Lots of history to be told, gorgeous views and lots of picture opportunities.

Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib

The first of the temples on this tour, a Sikh Temple. We enter the temple, we talk about the history, the religion and how it started. One of the most beautiful temples filled with lots of color and flowers. A must see and a great photo spot.

Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib

Rahul will discuss the history of what happened in this square. You will be standing just feet from where the beheading happened, why it happened, when it happened and what exactly happened. A fascinating piece of history will be learnt in this segment of the tour. "The ninth Sikh Guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur was beheaded here on 11 November 1675 on the order of Aurangzeb. Before his body could be quartered and exposed to public view, it was stolen under the cover of darkness by one of his disciples, Lakhi Shah Vanjara, who then burnt his house to cremate the Guru's body. This place is marked by another gurdwara, Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib."

Gurudwara Rakab Ganj

Community Kitchen. Here you will sit down for a free meal in this beautiful volunteer kitchen, it is such a heart whelming experience and a must try. You see the kitchen, meet the people, sit with the locals and Rahul will discuss and answer any questions you may have on the religion.

Gauri Shankar Temple

Hindu temple- This Hindu temple is dedicated to lord Shiva and his wife. You will learn all about the Hindu religion, walk through the temple, pray if you wish, chant if you wish and take pictures if you wish. No selfies are allowed in any of the temples however Rahul would be more than happy to capture the moment for you.

Sri Digambar Jain Lal Mandir

The last of the temples- Jain religion, you'll learn what is it, when it started and any questions you may have. This is the quietest and the calmest of the temples. A great place for serenity.

JAIN BIRD HOSPITAL- Yes a bird hospital inside of the Temple. This is a must see and something none of the other tours offer. To us, these birds are important and in the Jain religion every living creature is equality as important. This is our favorite section of the tour and Rahul will explain how and why this started.
