    The tour guide Flavia was great! She gave insider tips on Burano that were excellent (the best gelto place and place for cookies!) Thanx for a wonderful exposure to Murano and Burano.

    Loved Murano and watching a blob of melted glass being turned into a vase. Our guide for the islands was Francesca and she was both knowledgeable and friendly making the morning a great experience In the afternoon we had Grazia for Doges and St Mark's she has an amazing store of information on these 2 sites. Highly recommended

    This was supposed to be a full day tour. After getting back from Murano and Burano we were told to meet back at original location. We waited 45 minutes to then find out I could not go into st Mark because I had a sleeveless dress. No where on the tix or information I received after booking did it inform me of this. I was upset with both the tour guide and the woman holding the flag because they had no options or information for me. I call Viator immediately and ask for a refund and was told I would hear back in 24 hours. Still have not. This ALL could have been avoided if the tour person holding the flag would have told me in the morning when we first met and I could have gone back to my hotel during the 45 minutes they made us stand around and wait. Poor poor guidance and information. The other tours we booked with Viator were amazing. Please refund me for the afternoon tours

    Had a good time. It was easy to find the meeting spot. The Palace and Church were fine. Our tour guide grazia gave plenty of time to rest. The tour to murano and burano was great. Lots of time in Burano. Would recommend

    We provide the skip the line tickets, so walk right past the long queue and go right on inside. During November through March, St. Mark’s Basilica does not offer skip the line entry because lines are generally non-existent.

    Doge's Palace

    As you explore the Doge’s Palace, you’ll hear about the wild ways of the Venetian Republic under the rule of elected magistrates. This tour not only showcases the interior of this ornate palace, but also goes in depth about the crime and legal system that was once in place in the city of Venice. Admire classic works of Venetian art and visit Doge’s Palace’s main sights, such as the Grand Staircase and the Bridge of Sighs. You'll even get to see some of the prison cells that were functional during the time of the Venetian Republic.
