The main atrium of the station is covered with tiles with a historical theme. Covering a surface of about 551 square meters, they represent, mainly, scenes from the North of the country, being portrayed, among other aspects, the Tournament of Arcos de Valdevez (Batalha de Arcos de Valdevez panel), the presentation of Egas Moniz with his sons to King Afonso VII of León and Castile, in the 12th century, the entry of D.
