Otto was a great guide. We snorkelled through a cave at a cenote and then swam in Akumal Bay where we saw lots of turtles and also fish and rays. Otto gave us great pictures from his GoPro camera.

Totally beautiful and once in a lifetime experience. Our guide was Enrique and he was kind, knowledgeable and engaging. He remembered everyone’s names from the first time we all said them and he kept making sure everyone was comfortable and together. We saw several sea turtles and one large ray! We also got some really great time in two different Cenotes, very still, quiet and calming environment. It was wonderful to have that moment in our chaotic life. I would recommend this to everyone. We were picked up around 7:20 and didn’t get back to our hotel until 4ish, so make sure to plan to be gone the whole day even though it’s only a “half-day tour” because of driving to the turtles and cenotes. Happy birthday, Enrique and thank you for sharing a part of beautiful Mexico with us on your birthday!

We booked through TUI for the half day snorkel with turtles and cenote experience. Take with you: swimming costume on ready to go (there are places to change but just speeds everything up) and a towel We were picked up at 9am by Enrique and our driver Alex. Enrique was fantastic, couldn’t recommend him enough! When you arrive at the turtles it seems very busy and lots of tourist but Enrique kept us away from the crowds and ensured we saw lots of turtles on our tour. Incredible experience 🩷 We then drove to the cenote, again a fantastic experience. Enrique was very kind and patient and ensured everyone was safe and included within the trip. He is so knowledgable and took the time to point out lots of interesting areas for us as well as gave us time to explore on our own. Fantastic, well worth it and Enrique you are a legend 🐢✌🏻

This was a phenomenal experience. Our transportation by Rich (Ricardo) went so smoothly and Maria, our guide, was incredibly kind and informative. Her knowledge and charisma added so much to our excursion, both during our travel and while we were swimming. Safety was a huge emphasis during our day, but also fun! My wife and I saw so many turtles and we couldn't believe how big they were (both in size and personality). It was such a lovely and peaceful place, but then we went to the cenote and it was just as amazing! We returned from the trip feeling incredibly enriched by the whole experience and I will recommend this to everyone I meet.

On June 23, we made the excursion Tortugas Akumal + cenote. It was certainly the best we have done for the type of activity and guide Alex. It's a wonderful, attentive, friendly conversation super interesting. Guide of 10 !! driver Roger also great. Thank you both for the experience.
