    Best way to get around Versailles! Our guide, Alex, had a wonderful demeanor and was very accommodating. It was nice to ride bikes to the points of interest, especially Marie Antoinette’s gardens, and then leisurely walk these areas. It would have been exhausting and time-consuming to have walked to and from these areas, and especially to completely circle the “pond”!

    This 3 hour E-Bike Tour with Holland Bikes was absolutely fantastic! "Alex" was a fabulous and intellectual French history buff that made it so enjoyable. The bikes were great and easy to ride. Gorgeous gardens and grounds that we biked along. This is a MUST DO with this company.

    The Versailles bike trip was one of the highlights of our visit to France. Starting with a quick train ride from Paris, we explored the vast palace gardens by bike Stopping at the local market for picnic supplies added to the fun, enjoying the lunch on palace grounds was also a treat. Our guide (Alex) was knowledgeable and made the history come alive without it ever feeling like a lecture. Riding through the gardens, visiting the Trianons, and finally touring the palace made for a perfect mix of activity and culture. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Versailles beyond the usual tourist path! You should give it a try.

    The guide will take the customers from our meeting point to the front of the Versailles Palace by bike. In here, the guide will give an overview of the Versailles Palace, talk about Louis XIV and the square where they're standing.

    Jardins du Chateau de Versailles

    The guide will take the customers by bike to the Versailles gardens. Here, they will face the beautiful garden facade of the palace and will discuss the gardens monuments, fountains, architecture and more of the inside of the Palace. The group will also cycle to the Ménagerie, the Lanterne (Présidence de la République) and the Grand Canal to learn about it's past and it's present.
