Vehicle Safety Limitations: You understand that the tour operates using open-air vintage golf carts that are not equipped with federally approved child restraint systems, including car seats or booster seats, and are not designed to safely accommodate infants or small children. No Exceptions Policy: You acknowledge that this age restriction is a strict safety policy with no exceptions, regardless of whether a parent or guardian provides a child restraint device.

By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks for yourself and any minor in your party who meets the age requirement. Compliance Responsibility: You certify that all members of your party meet the minimum age requirement. Failure to comply will result in denial of service without refund, rescheduling, or credit. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless the company, its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the tour, including those related to failure to follow stated policies.
