Amazing morning spent in the hills of Tuscany!! Stefano was so knowledgeable about the area and gave a wonderful tour!! Not to mention “the secret bench” with a bottle of Chianti, snacks and a breathtaking view of Florence. Topped off with a farm-table organic lunch. What a treat!! Highly recommend!!!

Get away from the madding crowd and hike the hills around Florence. We enjoyed our guide and his perspectives on history and the natural world. And lunch - lunch was good.

Just a beautiful experience walking through the hills of Fiesole away from the crowds and heat of Firenze. The guide, Stefano was very nice and knowledgeable about the Etruscan and Roman history of the area and there were interesting paths, amazing view and stone quarries to see. It was really so nice to be up in the peaceful, cool hills in nature just trekking. Stefano was also very patient on the trek with me and we took our time. Lastly, he also arranged for a lovely lunch at an agroturismo restaurant. The food was very freshly cooked and flavorful. A great day and a wonderful guide.

Stefano took 4 of us on a fantastic hike through the Florence hills in April (late posting I know)! It was exhilarating to see Florence from the hills and after touring Italy, a great way to use our bodies for something other than eating and drinking. The only downside is once we were back in Florence, the city felt crowded and loud and I was ready to head back to the hills. Stefano is a great guide who pulled out some surprises along the way. I highly recommend this tour as a way to see Florence from a new viewpoint!

The views from Mount ceceri of course were incredible but the best part of this trip was our interaction with our guide Stefano. He was interesting personable and well prepared and took care of us very well under difficult circumstances.very hot weather.

If you read the other reviews, two things will become apparent immediately: 1) the hikes Stefano offers are unique and memorable 2) Stefano is a great guy I'm happy to say that both of these things are true. Stefano's love for this part of Tuscany is infectious, and it was a real privilege to spend the morning hiking through woods and across fields with him. The scenery, with the views back over Florence, is spetacular. But Stefano may be the real treasure. He's so welcoming, funny and knowledgeable that you feel like you've known him your whole life. What a wonderful and different experience in Florence. Stefano was a great guide, very knowledgeable of all his surroundings, professional and friendly. We would never have known about this part of Florence had we not taken this tour. The landscape and views from above are amazing. Discovering the hills above the city of Florence is a unique experience. Lunch was at a beautiful restaurant in the hills, it was delicious and great atmosphere. What a stupendous experience. Highly recommended.

We went on the Florence at your Feet experience and it was better than expected! So many beautiful views and history lessons from Stefano to make the walk/hike so interesting. Stefano was a wonderful guide, a great conversationalist who endulged us while we asked many questions, and his choice of wines were perfect. I had the most magical experience of my Italy trip with Stefano! I completely trusted him with the itinerary and it was truly out of the box, off the beaten path and absolutely amazing. He took me on a hike through the nature park which thoroughly exceeded my expectations. He is so knowledgeable and his passion truly shines through. Definitely going to recommend him to my other friends and I’d definitely follow him again on another trip any time! Amazing!

Amazing day! Stefano is a knowledgeable guide and a pleasure to spend the better part of a day with. He was friendly, thoughtful ( he brought gluten-free snacks for us) took us to beautiful views, knew about the local trees, plants and history. We had interesting conversations also along the way. Lunch was delicious and was in a beautiful place in the hills. Make sure he takes you to the “secret bench” (shhhhhh) for the best view of all including fields, a castle, a panoramic view of all of Florence and the mountains beyond. It was a truly magical and secret place. This hike was definitely a highlight of our time in Florence. If you are a nature lover it is a must!
