Aoife grew up in the charming town of Westport, surrounded by the stunning landscapes of County Mayo. After completing her degree in English Literature, she felt a pull to explore the world beyond Ireland. She moved to Berlin ten years ago, initially intending to stay for just a year, but quickly fell in love with the city's vibrant culture and international atmosphere. She now works as an ESL teacher, helping other expats navigate the complexities of the English language. She met her husband, Hans, at a local language exchange event, and they have a daughter, Saoirse. While Berlin is now her home, Aoife remains deeply connected to her Irish roots, often returning to visit family and friends.
