His 2.5 hour tour included not only architecture, history, and art, but also plant and forestry, irrigation, construction, intrigue, living conditions, military housing, the landscape of Granada and so much more. None. Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for a dream vacation with my daughter. Out of our control, but we hoped we could reschedule for another day. Had Viator accommodated, we would’ve used them for many more experiences here in Seville and Madrid. Plus, my spouse is a pilot for Delta and we will now spread the word about inflexibility. Viator wouldn’t accommodate a reschedule to build customer rapport and loyalty. We have used Get Your Guide now for five other excursions, and they’ve been really great.

Our guide was fantastic, I would recommend doing a tour so you get a thorough explanation of the key points in each place. The tour was just over 3 hours long and cost €110 for 2 people. The only reason why I didn't rate this a 5 is because we were only given 25 mins in the Alcazar gardens before we had to head into the cathedral. It would have been better if the cathedral had been toured first, then given 25 mins to do the Giralda Tower before going around the Alcazar because we could have been left in the gardens afterwards. To reiterate, the tour guide was really great but the tour itself was quite costly considering you don't get much time in the gardens.

Christina was a simply amazing tour guide. Our tour lasted a bit over 4 hours but the time went by so fast. We saw things we never would have seen on our own. She gave us time to climb the top of Torre Giralda! Do this tour. Don’t hesitate.

What an amazing experience. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. She made our tour entertaining and you didn’t get the sense that she had done it a million times and was bored. She has an amazing grasp of the history and told about each landmark with depth and understanding. It was a long afternoon and very hot but she still kept us entertained. I made the mistake of not brining a shawl to cover my shoulders in the cathedral. It is in the info they send when you book but I didn’t read it. So I had to go buy a scarf quickly in order to get inside. I am writing this here in case it saves someone else the trouble bc they didn’t read the rules like me 😊
