At the age of 25, she moved to Bonn, Germany, after marrying Klaus, a German software engineer she met while he was vacationing in Morocco. Leaving her close-knit family was difficult, but she embraced the opportunity to build a new life. While she initially struggled with the language and cultural differences, she found solace in Bonn's diverse community and the warmth of her husband's family. She works as a French-speaking call center agent, a job that allows her to use her language skills and connect with people. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Germany and sharing her travel experiences on her Evendo blog.
