Positano

We will take you for a drive along the most famous and beautiful coastlines in the world, hilly roads with gorgeous views until we reach the village of Positano. Positano’s geographical location contributes to making it a place that is rich in history and natural beauty. Your chauffeur will drive near Piazza “Dei Mulini,” which is the very last point that is accessible by vehicle. From this point, you will need to walk for about one hour to fully enjoy all of the picturesque homes and shops. While doing so, you will be pleasantly surprised to find yourself very close to the gorgeous waterfront.

Grotta dello Smeraldo

Driving along the coast from Positano to Amalfi, we will go through Praiano, Fiordo di Furore, and Conca dei Marini. Here we find the Green Grotto, also known as the Emerald Grotto, for its green fluorescent water. The grotto, when open is visitable, but you can decide one you are there if you wish to take a ride or not.

My Fiance and I booked a tour of Positano and Ravello with Chauffeur of Positano. Giuseppe came highly recommended by friends of ours who had traveled to the Amalfi Coast earlier in the year. To say the tour was amazing would be a huge understatement! Every place that Giuseppe took us to seemed even more magical than the last. We've been on tours on other vacations but nothing like this one. My husband and I took 2 tours with the Chauffeur of Positano and it was the highlight of our visit to Italy. Our driver Peppe was amazing. His knowledge of Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello, was incredible and he made the day so exciting. I would highly recommend taking a tour with Peppe if you’re thinking about visiting the area and would suggest the drive up to Ravello as the views are just incredible! We are planning another trip to Italy soon and will for sure be calling him to set up a few more day trips as we do think that is the best way to experience the Amalfi Coast just like the locals do.

I can't recommend this company enough! Right from the start we felt so taken care of and this is what you’re looking for when travelling abroad. Giuseppe, Barbara and the team were extremely professional and friendly and always available to text through Whatsapp and this made things so easy. We had Giuseppe pick us up at the airport in Rome and drop us off at our hotel In Sorrento. While vacationing on the Amalfi coast we had the opportunity to set up a few day tours with them : Our first tour was Pompeii and the ancient ruins and the second tour was a full day tour from Sorrento to Positano. If you’ve never experienced Positano this is an ABSOLUTE MUST!! We wouldn’t have been able to experience everything this town has to offer without Giuseppe and his guidance. You don’t just get a driver when you hire the Chauffeur but you feel like you’re spending the day with your friend exploring the local wineries, eating in the best restaurants, shopping in boutiques and living la dolce vita just like the movies! We will be back and The Chauffeur of Positano is the only company we will be using when we do. Thank you for making our holidays magical.
