I felt like an explorer in a familiar yet ever-surprising world, each turn offering a new perspective on this captivating town. The warmth of the people and the beauty of the surroundings made it a day to remember, a perfect blend of cultural immersion and personal reflection.

Our day began with breakfast at Assaada, a charming restaurant nestled on Rue Abi Khancha. The cozy ambiance and traditional Moroccan decor immediately set a welcoming tone. I decided on the lamb tagine, a recommendation I had seen online, and Liam opted for the kefta. Nadia, ever the adventurous eater, surprised us by choosing the Moroccan pancakes. The lamb tagine was slow-cooked to perfection, with a blend of aromatic spices that danced on my palate.
