From exploring historical palaces to finding serenity in hidden gardens and indulging in exquisite Moroccan cuisine, it was a day filled with cultural richness and sensory delights. Our day began with a hearty breakfast at Bakchich Cafe. The cafe's fusion of Moroccan traditions with African diversity was a delightful start to the day. Nadia was particularly excited about the vegan options, a testament to how wonderfully accommodating Marrakech is to different dietary needs. The vibrant atmosphere of the cafe, combined with the delicious food, energized us for the day ahead.

The garden is split into two distinct spaces, the exotic garden and the Islamic garden. As a cultural mediator, I was particularly drawn to the Islamic garden with its symmetrical layout and traditional Moroccan design. The sound of trickling water from the fountains created a calming atmosphere, allowing us to forget the city's chaos. Climbing the tower offered panoramic views of Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains, a breathtaking sight that I'll cherish.
