Today was all about seeing Fes from a different perspective, literally! My day began, as most do here, with a delightful breakfast at Restaurant Ouliya. The warm hospitality and delicious Moroccan fare made for the perfect start. I enjoyed some traditional Moroccan pancakes with a strong coffee, fueling up for a day of exploration. Rachid, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, sharing tips and stories about Fes that added a personal touch to the experience.

With a full stomach and a sense of anticipation, I set off to my first destination: the Borj Nord Museum. The crisp morning air and the promise of panoramic views spurred me onward. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. As I sipped my mint tea, I couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to experience Fes in such a unique and immersive way.
