From the center of Jowzjan, take the main road heading southwest towards Sheberghan. After approximately 30 kilometers, look for signs directing toward Yajun. The road may be unpaved and require cautious driving. Follow the signs for another 10 kilometers until you reach the base of Yajun. Parking is available near the trailhead.

Public Transportation
Start at the Jowzjan bus station and take a shared taxi or minibus heading towards Sheberghan. The fare is around 50 AFN per person. Inform the driver that you want to go to Yajun. After about 30 kilometers, the driver will drop you off at the junction leading to Yajun. From there, you may need to hire a local taxi or walk for about 10 kilometers to reach the base of Yajun.
