Walking
The Centennial Trail is accessed from trailheads within the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. From the Jeff Friend Trailhead, follow the Jeff Friend Trail north. The Centennial Trail will connect to the north end of the Jeff Friend Trail. Alternatively, access the Centennial Trail from the Pine Beach Trailhead. The trail is free to access.
Driving
To reach the Centennial Trail, navigate to the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge. From Gulf Shores, travel west on AL-180. Depending on the trailhead you choose, parking is available at the Jeff Friend Trailhead or the Pine Beach Trailhead. Parking is free. Be aware that parking can be limited, especially during peak season.
