Public Transport
From downtown Mobile, take the Wave Transit bus Route 20 (Dauphin Street) heading west. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Forest Hill Drive and Dauphin Street. Walk north on Forest Hill Drive for about 10 minutes (approximately 0.5 miles) until you reach the Mobile Japanese Garden at 700 Forest Hill Drive. A single ride on Wave Transit costs $1.25.
Driving
From downtown Mobile, head west on Dauphin Street. Continue on Dauphin Street until you reach Forest Hill Drive. Turn left onto Forest Hill Drive. The Mobile Japanese Garden will be on your left at 700 Forest Hill Drive. Parking is free. Note that the parking lot is currently under renovation and will reopen in Summer 2025.
