The museum is near the National Center for Bioethics in Research and Health Care. From the Kellogg Conference Center, walk behind the building to reach the George Washington Carver Museum. The Legacy Museum is a short walk from there.

    From I-85, take exit 32 (from Montgomery) or exit 38 (from Atlanta) and follow signs to Tuskegee University. Once on campus, follow signs to the Kellogg Conference Center. Parking is available behind the Kellogg Center in the parking deck. A one-day parking permit is available at the Tuskegee University Police Department. From the parking deck, take the breezeway to the rear of the Carver Museum, then follow the path around to the front to enter. The Legacy Museum is nearby. Limited taxi service is available locally. Rental cars can be arranged in advance from Hertz via Golden Eagle Aviation; call 334-727-6485 for information. Parking: Free with visitor's permit.
