Start from the center of Bajram Curri, near the main square. Head northwest on Rruga 28 Nëntori towards Rruga Qamil Hoxha. Continue straight for about 400 meters until you reach the bus station. Once there, look for a bus or minibus heading towards Koman. It’s advisable to ask locals or check with the bus station staff for the latest schedule as services can vary. The journey to Koman typically takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon reaching Koman, disembark at the bus stop. From the bus stop, walk towards SH25 road; Komani Lake Tunnel is located approximately 1 kilometer away. Follow the signs, and you will find the entrance to the tunnel. Remember to enjoy the scenic views along the way!

If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Bajram Curri. Start at the central square and head northwest on Rruga 28 Nëntori, then take a left onto Rruga Qamil Hoxha towards the bus station. After about 400 meters, follow the road towards SH25. The ride to Koman is approximately 20 kilometers and may take about 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace. The route is relatively straightforward, with some uphill sections, but it offers stunning views of the mountains and valleys. Once in Koman, you can lock your bicycle at a safe spot and walk to the Komani Lake Tunnel, which is about 1 kilometer from the bus stop.

For a more comfortable option, consider taking a taxi from Bajram Curri to the Komani Lake Tunnel. You can find taxis near the main square. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey; it should cost around 2000-3000 Leke, depending on the driver. The trip to Koman will take roughly 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Koman, the taxi can drop you off close to the entrance of the tunnel, which is just about 1 kilometer away from the center of Koman.
