If you're driving from Tirana, take the SH1 road towards Durrës. After approximately 30 kilometers, take the exit towards Ishem/Lalez. Continue on this road for about 10 kilometers. You will see signs for Duka Winery and Vineyard on your left. Turn left into the winery's entrance.

To reach Duka Winery from Tirana via public transport, take a bus from the Tirana Bus Station to Durrës. Once you arrive at Durrës, look for a local bus or taxi that goes towards Ishem. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Lalez. From the bus stop, walk about 1 kilometer towards the winery, following the signs for Duka Winery and Vineyard, which will be on your left.
