Walking
From the center of Përmet, Guri i Qytetit is approximately a 2.5-kilometer walk. Head southwest along Rruga 28 Nëntori, then turn onto Rruga Guri i Qytetit. Follow this road until you reach the prominent rock formation. The walk is relatively easy and takes around 30 minutes. No costs are associated with walking.

Taxis are available in Përmet. A taxi ride from the city center to Guri i Qytetit will take approximately 10-15 minutes.
