From the center of Tepelenë, near the main square, head southeast on Rruga e Telemakut for approximately 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Rruga 28 Nëntori. Turn left onto Rruga 28 Nëntori and continue straight for about 1 kilometer, passing local shops and cafes. At the end of Rruga 28 Nëntori, turn right onto Rruga e Luzat and follow it for another 1.5 kilometers. Uji i Ftohtë Tepelenë will be located on your left, just after the sign for Luzat.
