From Dibra, head southeast on the main road (Rruga e Dibrës) towards the town of Mavrovo. The drive will take approximately 1 hour. Follow the signs for Mavrovo National Park. As you approach Mavrovo, keep an eye out for Mavrovo Lake on your left, just after you pass the village of Mavrovo. The lake is a popular destination, and there are parking areas available near the shore.

From the central bus station in Dibra, take a minibus heading to the town of Mavrovo. Minibuses typically leave every hour, and the fare is around 150 ALL (Albanian Lek). The journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Mavrovo, you will need to walk approximately 20 minutes to reach the lake, following the signs towards Mavrovo National Park. The path leads directly to the lake's shore.
