From the center of Tirana (e.g., Skanderbeg Square), walk south along Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard. Continue past the University of Tirana until you reach the Grand Park. Follow the signs for Liqeni Artificial (Artificial Lake). Open Air Tirana is located near the lake within the park. The walk is approximately 2-3 kilometers and should take around 30-45 minutes.

From Skanderbeg Square, take a bus heading towards the southern part of the city. Look for buses that have destinations like 'Liqeni' or 'Parku i Madh'. The average bus fare in Tirana is 40 lek. Get off near the entrance of Grand Park and follow the signs to Liqeni Artificial. Open Air Tirana is located near the lake.
