From the center of Dibra, head south on Rruga e Dibrës towards the SH6 highway. Continue on SH6 for about 30 km. Follow the signs for Tirana. As you approach Tirana, take the exit toward Rruga e Dajlani. Merge onto Rruga e Dajlani and continue straight until you reach Liqeni Artificial.
