The Postbllok Memorial, officially inaugurated on March 26, 2013, stands as a poignant reminder of Albania's tumultuous past under the People's Socialist Republic. Created by artist Ardian Isufi and writer Fatos Lubonja, the memorial is located in the neighborhood that was once home to high-ranking communist officials.
