    The Museum of Local History is located in Kalaja, the Old Town of Ulcinj. From Ulcinj's main beach, head northeast towards the Old Town. Walk along the coastal promenade until you reach Bulevar Teuta. Continue walking straight until you see the entrance to Stari Grad (Old Town) on your left. Proceed through the narrow streets of the Old Town, following signs for 'Parking Old Town'. The museum is a short walk from the parking area, located at W6F2+RCX.
