If driving from Saranda, head north for approximately 25 km. Follow the SH8 highway and look for the exit to Lukovë. Once in Lukovë, follow the signs for Lukova Beach, which will lead you down a winding paved road for about 4 kilometers to the beach. Parking is available near the beach. Expect to pay around 4-6 USD for fuel.

To reach Lukova Beach from Saranda via public transport, take a bus heading towards Himarë, Dhermi, or Vlora. These buses depart from the main bus stop in Saranda. Ask to be dropped off in Lukova. From the village, it's approximately a 35-minute walk down to the beach. The bus fare from Saranda to Lukova is approximately 800 lek. Be sure to confirm the return bus times when purchasing your ticket.
