    The Cloud is located near Skanderbeg Square in the center of Tirana, making it easily accessible on foot from most central locations. From Skanderbeg Square, head towards the National Arts Gallery; The Cloud is situated in front of it. There are no costs involved.

    Tirana's bus network provides access to the city center. Look for buses that go to Qender (Center) or Skanderbeg Square. The average bus fare is 40 Lek per ride (about $0.35 USD).

    Taxis are readily available in Tirana. A short taxi ride from anywhere in the city center to The Cloud should cost between 300-500 Lek (€3-€5), depending on the distance and traffic. Ensure the taximeter is activated at the start of the ride.

Originally commissioned for the Serpentine Gallery in London in 2013, it was moved to Tirana in 2016.The structure resembles a giant, ethereal cloud, constructed from a delicate network of white steel bars. Visitors are encouraged to interact with the artwork, climbing on top or finding a seat underneath, offering a unique perspective of the city. The semi-transparent canopy provides shelter while allowing visitors to remain connected to the surrounding landscape.At 350 square meters, The Cloud serves as a modern art space, hosting various cultural events and exhibitions, making it a vibrant hub for both locals and tourists. During the warm summer evenings, The Cloud transforms into an atmospheric stage for musicians and theater performances. The Cloud has become a symbol of Tirana's evolving identity, blending modern innovation with the city's rich heritage.
