    From Dibër, head southeast on the SH6 road towards Kukës. After approximately 21 km, look for signs to Borie-Lurë. Turn left onto the road leading to Borie-Lurë and follow it for about 10 km until you reach the park entrance. Be aware that the last part of this road may be unpaved and could require a vehicle with higher clearance. Negotiate taxi fares in advance, with typical costs ranging from 2,000 to 3,000 Albanian Lek.

    From Tirana, take a bus to Peshkopi. Shpresa-Al operates buses 4 times a day, with tickets costing around $8 and the journey taking approximately 3 hours. From Peshkopi, local transport options to the park entrance are limited, and it's best to inquire about local minibuses or taxis. There are no fees to be paid to enter the park.
