    From Dibra, take a bus towards Kukës. From Kukës, take a local taxi or minibus to Borie-Lurë, costing approximately 200-300 Albanian Lek. Ask the driver to drop you off at the park entrance.

Lura-Mt. Dejës National Park, significantly expanded in 2018, protects a stunning area of northeastern Albania. The park boasts a diverse landscape of glacial lakes, rugged peaks, and dense forests, offering a haven for both wildlife and visitors seeking natural beauty. The park's centerpiece is its collection of fourteen glacial lakes, each possessing a unique charm. Some are framed by pine and beech forests, while others are surrounded by steep cliffs. The largest, Great Lake (Liqeni i Madh), is a popular destination accessible by foot or off-road vehicle. The Flower Lake (Liqeni i Luleve) is known for its white and yellow water lilies and straw flowers.
