From the main bus terminal in Vlorë, take a local bus towards the city center. Bus routes such as Tulla Plazhi I Vjeter will drop you close to the Ferris Wheel. The cost for a local bus is 30 ALL. Alight at a stop near the city square and walk a short distance to the Ferris Wheel.
