Walking
Skënduli House is located in the Palorto neighborhood of Gjirokastra's old town. From Sheshi Çerçiz Topulli, the central square in the old town, walk north along Rruga Gjin Bue Shpata, then turn left onto Rruga Palorto. The house will be on your left. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes and involves navigating cobblestone streets. Be prepared for some uphill walking.
Public Transport
If arriving in Gjirokastra's new town, take the local city bus from Bulevardi 18 Shtatori to Sheshi Çerçiz Topulli in the old town for 30 lek. From there, follow the walking directions to Skënduli House. The bus will drop you off close to the old town, from where you can walk to the house.

Taxis are readily available in Gjirokastra. A taxi from the new town to Skënduli House in the old town will cost approximately 200-300 lek. Ensure the driver is aware of the location in the Palorto neighborhood.
