If you are starting from the Gjirokastër Castle, exit the castle grounds and head down the hill towards the main road. Once you reach the main road (Rruga Shkëlqim Kralj), turn left and continue walking straight. After about 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for Rruga Ismail Kadare on your right. Turn onto Rruga Ismail Kadare and continue walking. Palorto Hotel will be on your left at the address 34GP+23V, Rruga Ismail Kadare.

From the Ethnographic Museum, head back towards the main street (Rruga Shkëlqim Kralj) and turn right. Walk straight for approximately 1.2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Rruga Ismail Kadare. Turn left onto Rruga Ismail Kadare and walk for about 500 meters.
