If you're traveling by car from any location in the Pogradec Region, head south towards the border with North Macedonia. Follow the signs for the 'Kafasan' border crossing. Once you cross the border, continue on the main road (A2) towards Ohrid. After approximately 20 kilometers, you'll enter Ohrid. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to 'Ohrid City Square' (Sheshi i Qytetit). Parking is available near the square, but be prepared to pay a parking fee, usually around 50-100 MKD (approximately 1-2 EUR) per hour.

For those opting for public transportation, you can take a bus from Pogradec to Ohrid. Buses run frequently throughout the day. Head to the Pogradec bus station and find the bus that is heading to Ohrid. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes, and the fare is usually around 200-300 MKD (approximately 3-5 EUR). Once you arrive at the Ohrid bus station, you can either walk to Ohrid City Square (approximately 15-20 minutes) or take a taxi for a short ride (around 100 MKD).
