Walking
From Ohrid's city center, walk along Ilindenska Street towards the upper gate of the old town. The theatre is located just inside the upper gate, a short walk from Samuel's Fortress. The walk is uphill and takes approximately 15-25 minutes.

Local buses operate in Ohrid, but the most convenient way to reach the Ancient Theatre is by taxi or walking. If arriving by bus from Skopje or Tirana, you will arrive at the main bus station, a 20-minute walk to the old town. From there, you can take a local bus or taxi to the city center and proceed on foot.

Taxis are readily available in Ohrid. A short taxi ride from the city center to the Ancient Theatre will cost approximately 100-150 MKD. Be sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.
