From the main bus station in Përmet, take a local bus towards Guri i Qytetit. Buses to nearby attractions typically run every hour, but it's best to check the schedule locally. Inform the driver you wish to get off at Guri i Qytetit. The fare is around 100 Albanian Lek (less than $1 USD). From the bus stop, walk about 500 meters to the site, following signs.
