Royal Baths Mon Repos is a captivating beach destination located on the island of Corfu, Greece. The area is steeped in history, with the 19th-century Mon Repos Palace nearby, where Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, was born. The palace was built in 1826 by British Commissioner Frederic Adams as a gift to his Corfiot wife, Nina Palatianou. After the union with Greece in 1864, the villa and gardens were gifted to King George I of the Hellenes, who renamed it "Mon Repos" (French for "My Rest").
