Getting there

Walking

From the center of Sarandë, walk along the seafront promenade towards Sheshi i Sarandës. Continue east towards Rruga Mitat Hoxha. Turn left onto Rruga Mitat Hoxha and follow it for approximately 600 meters, passing cafes and shops. Turn right onto Rruga Kater i Bregut and walk another 400 meters to a small hill. Saranda View is located at the top. Walking is free and takes approximately 20-30 minutes, but note that Saranda is built on steep hills.

Public Transport

Take a bus heading towards Ksamil or Butrint from the main bus station near the city center. Inform the driver you wish to stop at Saranda View. The fare is typically 100-200 ALL. Disembark when you see signs for Saranda View, from where it is a 10-15 minute walk uphill. Buses depart hourly from early morning until late afternoon. The bus station is located around Friendship Park.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available throughout Sarandë. A taxi to Saranda View should cost around 500-1000 ALL, but agree on the price before starting your ride. The taxi will take you directly to the viewpoint. Taxi stands are located next to the port and at Nëne Tereza square. Ride-hailing apps like Patoko are available.
