Walking
If you are in Sarandë city center, walking to the Sarandë Bunker is a viable option. Start from the Saranda promenade and head southeast towards Rruga Skënderbeu. Continue until you reach Rruga Sarande-Butrint. Follow this road for approximately 2 kilometers. The bunker is located at V27G+H6. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes as parts of the path can be uneven.
Public Transport
From the main bus station in Saranda, catch a local minibus (furgon) heading towards Butrint. These buses run frequently throughout the day. The fare is around 150-200 ALL (Albanian Lek). Inform the driver you wish to get off near V27G+H6, where the Sarandë Bunker is located. From the drop-off point, it is a short walk to the bunker.
Taxi
Taxis are available in Sarandë. You can find taxi stands near the port, at Nëne Tereza Square, and close to Hotel Butrinti. A taxi ride from the city center to the Sarandë Bunker typically costs around €10. It's advisable to negotiate the fare before starting the ride. Alternatively, you can use the Patoko app to book a taxi.
