Public Transport
From Sarandë, head to the main bus station (Autostacioni i Sarandës). Take a bus heading towards Sarandë's northern areas or nearby destinations and tell the driver you wish to stop at Shpella e Milotit. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes. From the bus stop, there may be a short walk to the cave entrance. A bus ticket from Saranda to Butrint costs 200 LEK (1.90 EUR).
Car
From Sarandë, drive north on Rruga Mitat Hoxha. Continue straight for about 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with SH8. Turn left onto SH8 and continue for approximately 5 kilometers. Look for signs for Shpella e Milotit. Parking is available in a designated area nearby. Be aware that the road can be narrow and winding in some places.
