The Saranda Ferry Terminal is located in the city center, making it easily accessible on foot from many hotels and attractions. From the city center, walk towards the waterfront promenade. The terminal is situated along the main coastal road, close to the main square. Walking from the monument of Hasan Tahsini will take approximately 5 minutes. No cost.

Local buses and minibuses, known as 'furgons', connect the terminal to other parts of Saranda and nearby towns. The bus to Butrint departs near the terminal on Rruga Jonianet. A ride to Ksamil costs 150 Lek. To Butrint, the bus fare is 200 Lek. Buses to other Albanian cities like Tirana and Vlora depart from Rruga Flamurit, near Friendship Park, a short walk from the terminal.

Taxis are readily available in Saranda and can be found near the port, at Nëne Tereza Square, and close to Hotel Butrinti. A short taxi ride within the city center typically starts at €10.
