Car
If you're driving from Saranda, head northeast on the SH8 road. Follow the signs towards Butrint and Konispol. After about 10 minutes, you will see a sign for the Panoramic Viewpoint on the right side of the road. Turn onto the Unnamed Road (V28G+F34) and continue uphill for about 5 more minutes. The viewpoint will be on your left, and there is a small parking area available.

You can take a local bus or minibus from the main bus station in Saranda towards Butrint. The fare is usually around 100 Albanian Lek (about €0.80).
